Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Your media will be delivered the next day!

Q: How do I download my photos and video?

A: You can download all your media via the download page. You received a completion email and under the “Download the Photos” section, click that link and it’ll take you to the download page.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.

Q: Do you offer shoots on Saturdays?

A: We offer shoots on Saturdays with a minimum order value. Please email us at info@bottlebrushphotography.com.au with the details of your order.

Q: I’d like to cancel or reschedule.

A: Please email us info@bottlebrushphotography.com.au and we’ll get you taken care of! It’s the nature of the business. We do not charge for rescheduling or cancelations.
